a quick update:

I rec'd the tests back the Doc confirmed I had an adverse "histamine" response to the enbrel(I'm sure I'm saying it incorrectly, but you get the jist of it). This is the Rheumy that said no-way to LDN, but I did it anyway and with my results he said he is "intrigued." I also got the heart holter monitor results back and NO permanent damage was found in my heart from the enbrel, YAY.

So I've been pretty stiff (4 weeks on LDN) lately, again my family has been going through various illnesses that I NEVER get, I only get stiffness. This still lends to my theory that while my immune fends off another bug, the AS takes the opportunity to ramp up.

One positive thing I have noticed is that when I take a celebrex, it ACTUALLY works while I'm on the LDN. Before LDN the celebrex didn't have any effect on me. So that is how I know the LDN is working. I'm with Trudi, it's causing no side-effects and so I will stay with it.

I recently tried apples and felt some releif with that.
How many of you LDN-ers are also on the NSD/LSD????

Take Care,
Donette
