Ankyspon - I'm curious as heck. What do you mean "i got it from taking some chilled bear before starting LDN. " About your sore throat?
My LDN experience was entirely positive - I didn't have any worsening of any symptoms before feeling better . . . I just started feeling better at about a week, and after two months, I was doing GREAT, and I'm still doing that great (as long as I don't miss any doses).
My husband just told me I'm a forum junkie . . . better log off *ashamed* lol
