the weather is crappy & constant storms coming thru, which is causing me flares. But I like the mental change of being on LDN.. seems like I'm more at peace with myself... 2nd day back on after a week off because of mysterious rash. It didn't go away after being off LDN so it is not from LDN. I think I broke out with hives for some odd reason.
I am not taking anything else for pain or inflammation and am very hopeful that within a few more weeks I'll see results.
