I have had yet another interesting development on LDN.

Last two days when I have had my 'cuppa tea' with milk and one tspn of sugar, it now tastes like 'dishwater' and the sugar is especially foul.

I tried with a cup of instant coffee (apologies to my american friends) and that was foul too - so it would seem that my taste buds are being rearranged. !!!????

My 'cuppa tea' has been my comfort food all my life and as I am also English born, a cuppa 'Blitz' tea has got me thru all of life's crisis.


I had this same experience after anesthetic (sp) couple of years ago and couldnt eat or drink for a week. Makes you wonder what brain chemicals LDN is working on.

I am also having nauseous/hypo glycemic type stomach in the mornings. Seems so much is being re-calibrated.

This is not a complaint, just a report. Intuitively I also dont want to take my DHEA or HRT hormone replacement.!!!!!
