amen to what Molly C says... aspertame is highly toxic to our bodies! it causes neurological problems in nearly everyone. most don't notice until it's been built up in their system. my hubby gets migraines & IBS flares with MSG additives. they are in EVERYTHING! egads!
donette.. I was thinking I was withdrawling from the tramadol. my body is super Isensitive to anything so who knows. I only had those issues the first night back on LDN. nothing since so I am pleased.
I can't determine if there's any changes in my pain/fatigue yet. I know I cannot stay up all night like off LDN. weather here is still cold & rainy. April-spring weather in JUNE! strange and painful for me. lotsa storms coming across Lake Superior right now that throw me for a loop.
