Hi Rowr
I noticed your remarks on still rowing. I was wondering if you practise in a skiff or in a boat with more then one. I was an avid rower when I was diagnosed. My rheumy told me to stop with it immediately so I started running, he wasn't to keen on that either but I felt good doing it. I think keeping so active saved my life. Now I hear you're still rowing I wondered if I stopped rowing for nothing though competition would be too hard for me with this disease. However without interference of other rowers in a boat and in a skiff (symmetrical) I think it could work out well. I was thinking of going to the gym here and they rowing machines so I could try out what the effects are. Another thing: do you have some kind of backview mirror or something cause looking over the shoulder to see where youre going will be difficult
