I was just curious who exercises!!!
I work out six days a week:
M T TH FR - Workout with weights W AND S - Mountain bike at least 10 miles!!
I noticed that when my AS symptoms start and I exercise, I feel a million times better. When I first started to workout I did more stretching then anything. I then progressed to light weight and eventually added more weight. I am 30 take Celebrex and sulfazine twice daily. I have never been so strong in my life, and my AS symptoms are at a all time low. I have about two semi bad days a month and maybe 7 days of pain a year.
