I road cycle 4-5 times per week,do weight training 3 times per week,tennis once a week and spinning classes twice a week.Although its not always easy because of pain or tiredness it is very important to stay active and find that fitness keeps me more positive.
I only have 1cm of flexibility left in my spine,so im hanging on to that for as long as i can.
A few years ago i was unable to exersise because of pain, but seemed have moved on to another phase of the desease.Has anyone experienced anything like this?
