Yep, it seems that where ever I turn, there is something that could and will give me discomfort. Of course I like all kinds of food, but my alternatives are getting smaller as I try to get control of my health.
bilko of course cares for me deeply and he has that sense of humor that kind of sneaks up on you and suddenly you smile and people are wondering whats up!
