I too have given up starch, beer, and caffiene. And more recently
pot
Last week it was too much. I caved in. 5 beers thursday with nothing more than a headache the next day. Plenty o wine on Sunday with 5 glorious breaded onion rings after three cups of coffee at breakfast. I've been paying since. At least I avoided the weed.
