Hey Kim! I get tendonitis in these tendons too. It isn't too bad though. I usually feel it if I am walking on uneven ground. It feels like a sprained ankle but I have to remind myself that those are just AS tendons. I have achilles tendonitis pretty bad. That affects me a lot more than the peroneals do. I sometimes feel it in my achilles just lying in bed on my back. New shoes can be difficult too. Gentle stretching has helped my achilles but I don't do anything for the peroneals except rest.
