Just checking to see if anyone has any advice. I normally have my biggest issues with my achillies tendon especially in my left foot/ankle. Tuesday I noticed I was having pain in my left foot/ankle, but it was on the side and not the same tendon that normally flares up. I've had pain in this area before, but not lately. So I looked on line and from what I can see it looks like it's the peroneal tendon that is giving me pain. The last few nights it's been throbbing bad when I try to lay down and rest.

We don't have insurance right now so going in to the dr is not an option and I won't have insurance till Nov 1st. I thought I'd check and see how others have dealt with this type of flare up.

I've been trying to stay off of it as much as possible, but it's harder to stay off of with hubby being gone and just me here. We've been planning since the end of last week for me to ride with him on Monday and stay out till Wed or Thursday. I have not told him about my ankle yet because I didn't want to worry him and I know how much he wants me to go a long next week. I'm just praying it improves over the weekend so that I'm able to go a long on Monday, but I need to be able to get in and out of the semi.

Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Thanks,
Kim
