thank you so much

i am actually, finally getting some relief i think, but it does seem to go back and forth so don't want to say too much just yet. still i'm taking the better days as i get them.

a few people said acupuncture so i'm looking them up and deciding on who to go to.

and i did get a script for a home TENS unit and PT is supposed to give me one soon.

i know what you mean about promising oneself never to revisit certain pain if it can be avoided at any cost, its been many years now since its been like this but at least this time i know more ways to climb back out a little faster. and i have this wonderful support team known as kickAS this time.
