well, better than 2 days ago, that's for sure.

but all this walking that helps my back seems to be hurting my butt a little in a new way that i don't quite understand yet.

and all the standing and/or walking to try to compensate for not being able to sit, not sure if that's the cause, but a twinge in my achilles tendon when turning in the shower earlier today. then went away, then again tonight when turning in the kitchen. from what others have said here, the achilles tendon is not one that you want to mess up. so iced it. and to a bath in a minute i think.

but compared to the stabbing trigger point pain that was hurting my stomach 2 days ago, infinitely better than that.

and last night i actually slept 6 hours, only waking 2 times briefly. the best quality sleep i've had in a week and a half, so progress.
