The medications listed in this thread are the standard ones generally employed for the treatment of AS. Antibiotics, Minocycline would be considered more of an alternative treatment approach since in research studies over the years they've not proven to have a useful effect on AS.
There are, never the less, some members here who use antibiotics as one med in their arsenal against AS, so hopefully you will find some benefits also. Like all medications, antibiotics are not without risks to consider... perhaps a search here or on the main forum will provide you some additional reading.
