That question is always forefront in the mind of those that run KA for our benefit. Every day newley diagnosed people arrive who could be helped - for example by the NSD - and they always look at the #1 forum first. Imagine how many decide not to join when this kind of thread is going on at the top of the forum? A great disservice is thereby done to suffering invividuals.
