Hi Mark, just wondering if you ever tried the diet again? There seems to be a lot more people trying this diet now and they are also finding that it helps them. I am trying it after literally everything else has failed, I'm 1 week in, but as you say it could take months if this disease is really linked to gut malfunction and bacteria.
