Lon, I am sorry for the bp problems. That has been a lifelong struggle for me . I took my first bp pill at age 29. Last week here 40 years later, my cardiologist took me off the last one. Who knows. I do know a tendency is hereditary. My Mother had trouble with hers all of her life and every one of us 6 kids have had to treat ours. That may be a lifestyle we learned though.

Hello to Lynn. I know you must be terribly cold. We are currently 9 here at 11:00 a.m with a below zero wind chill again and snow again last night. Oklahoma has had the worst winter in a lot of years as have a lot of the nation.
