FAST. By day 5 or 6 my bp is rock solid 120/80 and require no meds at all. Then stay that way for a while to get rid of last vestiges of AS [current--not the damage of course...] so that when You break the fast with non-starchy comestibles You can get onto an EXERCISE regimen that gets rate up >140bps for >15 minutes/day. Supplement with magnesium, calcium, copper, vitD, niacin plus niacinamide, and EFAs.
But most important--stay far far away from members of the opposite party and CNN!
Just keep being YOURSELF--none of us wants THAT job!
