ive recently learned that even though the product may not have fillers, the capsule itself could be starchy
usually veg caps. found this out with enzymedica. they pride themselves on no fillers but the cap is made from pine. they said it was ok to break them open and take straight. i thought id check about gelatin caps. u can purchase empty ones to fill too. i know some caps r designed to break down a certain way so that would have to be considered, but at least theres options.
of what i ordered i still dont have glutamine so thats next on my list.
