Now that you mention it, I did bring home a supplement for gluten digestion once, but it never did get tried... deemed too risky, after realizing that literally a crumb of bread was enough to ruin 2 nights sleep! So now we both bring our own non-wheat bread for communion (very low-starch almond bread for me)

Also note that the glutamine and colostrum are complementary to the enzymes, so they are all things worth experimenting with (though probably not all started at once, so you can better judge which are helpful to you)
* glutamine is an amino acid used by the body for gut repair
* colostrum is supposed to calm gut inflammation so it isn't so leaky
* enzymes allow more food to be digested before reaching the gut, so that less food has the opportunity to escape from a leaky gut and stir up our immune system
* enzymes that break down carbs would help them to be digested before reaching the gut, so they won't boost the Klebsiella population that makes our immune system really whacked out
