casein was at the limit on the rating scale. i eliminated it for 5-6 months -even butter- with no improvement. that was pre NSD.

brewers yeast-mild
pork-mild
i dont eat the other stuff anyway. except pork on occassion. even before the test i never really ate the other stuff. i did used to eat more pork but still not too much.
coconut is from palm and theres palm something or other in loads of things including beauty products. i tried my best at the time to eliminate what i could seeing we do absorb a high percent of what we put on our skin.
i have been to 3 allergy docs, 5 rhuems. 3 gp, 3 massage therapists, accupucture, vit c iv, homeopath, electrodermal (eds) screening, physical therapy (short term), 2 chiropractors, and emergency room twice with admittance on 2nd and observed for 3 days. those are in no particular order.
i did learn at one holistic md that i could try desensitizing for food but that would require me to eat the offending food first. unsure how that would go and how long and cost and all.
i dont want u to worry but i am glad u r interested and asking questions. sometimes, for me, it helps stir new ideas.

wheres the pain?
well my hips, back, neck and r shoulder are constant stiff and nearly immobile. when i eat bad stuff it usually makes it all worse but in addition my hips and shoulder get more-so and painful. then my knees swell up.
1 bite of coconut cream pie does this very quickly where as, lets say, starchy cooked veggie is no where near as bad of reaction.
