I am going to talk to my nutritianist and see what she says too.

I have been eating all sorts of c**p lately and it is taking its towel on my digestion, my AS and my moods.
I am getting stiff, achy and uncomfortable. Nothing serious - but enough to know that I am heading for trouble if I carry on like this for much longer. This is just the kick up the bum I needed to make me see sense.

Not much food in right now, but for breakfast I started with a herbal tea (no sweetners), a greek yoghurt with a tsp of honey and a pear. I am going to keep my research going and try to plan out what I could eat for maximum enzyeme benefits.
