i think your numbers look really good, the LDL isn't really that high, and the HDLs are phenomenal! i was thinking the same thing about exercise only affecting the HDLs, not the LDLs, but maybe?
so when you say no sugar, none? you don't even consume any fruit?
anyway, i'm thrilled you are feeling so good! thanks for sharing with everyone!
