thanks for the warnings about all the fiber, i'll start off slowly with the ground stuff. i'll probably be ok with the fiber but i'll be careful. whenever i track my fiber against the recommended daily suggested requirements, i'm always well above. fiber is good for my blood sugar and keeping my stomach satiated.
