hard cheeses [parmesan. romano etc] typically have less lactose than soft unless its made w/ buffalo, sheep or goat milk. apparently cows milk = higher lactose.
butter is usually very low lactose.. assuming you arent eating margerine and calling it 'butter' lol
cream has lactose
greek yogurt = unsure yogurts usually digest a liittle easier BUT they do contain lactose.
i havent tried it yet but i wonder if the lactase drops would help digest so it keeps from bringing on AS pain.
