Kickas.org Forums Treatments, Drugs and Alternatives NSD and diet-related; Lactose

I have read that lactose can also be a problem. I do not drink milk, but i do eat cheese, cream and greek yougart, plus a lot of butter. Do any of these items have to go because of the lactose issue
