Seb,
I've tested a number of differenct paracetamol products in NZ, and they all went black... I'd go with Inky's suggestion of trying the kids syrups - I think Pamol (sp?) is one. Get the pharmacist to check, and go for one that uses sugar as the sweetner rather than an artificial one.

I have found that if I have too much of any one thing it can upset my stomach, and that can make symptoms worse. Perhaps you could try mixing and matching some nuts, so you're not just relying on one thing? Lightly toasted blanched almonds and hazel nuts, brazil nuts, walnuts, toasted pumpkin seeds... Rather than the chocolate with nuts already in it, go for plain and have it with nuts on the side. If you can pick some coconut flour up and do some baking that would also really help you with adding some variety in your snacks.

How would you feel about posting more on what you've been eating recently? There might be some other things that you hadn't thought of that could have sneaky starch that we might pick up on...

Hang in there dude! smile
