Too bad you're still struggling Seb, but most of us had many ups and downs until we successfully nailed this NSD thing - hang in there!

The almonds in the chocolate may have skins on them - they will test starchy.

Paracetamol can have a starch filler - some brands do, some don't - but maybe you could switch to the 'kiddy syrup' - it's usually OK...(Panadol Osteo has a motherlode of starch in the outer layer - that's how it works over so many hours...)

I have tested a few different brands of (raw) macadamias and they have always been fine. I lightly roast my own, sprinkle with a bit of sea salt when warm (sticks better to the oils on the surface) or else use them 'as is' in sweet baking.
