The Fox will give a bit of a whistle and sharp squeal as it is brought out of it's den!

Our youngest daughter and our youngest granddaughter both loved the story book about kids thinking they are fooling the animals! It is all dress up and fun! I shall try and play this when we are reading that book again!

I am climbing stairs above the railroad. 60 feet every lap, plus the two blocks walked times 7 = great exercise.

Lifting my granddaughter, rolling and playing - has me in better shape = what a blessed man I am.
Man, I love it here!

1st post in this thread.. I feel like if I post every time I workout though I'll crowd the thread!

Did 30 minutes on the elliptical earlier and 25 minutes in the sauna afterward(fasting). Going to try to get in 45 and 30 later while fasting.

Hi Everyone,

OMGoodness I have moved in and unpacked and I'm EXHAUSTED but VERY satisfied.

I admit to being unwise and spending a whole day in bed crying and being mad at myself...

But I've been riding my trike around town whenever I could, and swimming every other day or so... not as much as normal, but enough to keep up the good fight!

Miss you all here and I'll be here more regularly!

This kid is an awesome dancer!

Go TEAM! clap

Got a shot today so had to get serious this week(she did it in the neck though /sigh).

Did 45 mins on the elliptical followed by like 25 or so mins in the sauna. Then I ate me a nice meal followed by 45 mins on the elliptical and another 30 in the sauna (technically still in here).

GOD HELP US ALL

Still taking walks. Love this time of year, with the leaves all changing colors....crisp mornings, warm afternoons....

yesterday walked after lunch 30 minutes, after dinner, 40 minutes.

the day before, walked 20 minutes after lunch.

Tnate, post as much as you like, you will not crowd the thread, it inspires the rest of us instead.

Well I've had a couple of flares these last few days. I knew my streak would end sooner or later. Kept it up for about 5 months or so though(I really did need a break, mentally if nothing else.) So I'm back on the come back trail with a few extra weapons at my side. I did 30 minutes on the elliptical x 2 today and 30/25 minutes in the sauna. Here's to starting all over!
