So, I'm so excited to tell you all... I'm finally back to my usual zippy swimming time of 1.5 minute per 50 meter lap. I know, I know, that's not fast. But it's my fastest, so after that nasty flare this summer I'm super happy to be back up to speed.
I've swam (swum?) 45 minutes or 1km, depending on which comes first, every other day since my last post.
On other news, we are moving on Tuesday, and so far I've got almost the entire house packed.
I'm taking care of my mama-in-law. It is disturbing to me that the home care adviser tried to get us to put her in a nursing home. She's doing so great, and I'm pretty sure it's because EVERYONE that walks in the door has a vanilla malt for her.
And now for this week's dance video.
Am I the only one that thinks this is hilarious?

No real pain in the SI, more this stiffness, like my SI wouldn't swing properly...hard to walk when the SI isn't moving properly. Just kind of stuck.
but the walk and then a hot shower loosened me up a bit.

9/8 - 16.00 miles - 9:58 min/mi 9/14 - 12.02 miles - 8:47 min/mi 9/22 - 18.01 miles - 9:39 min/mi 9/28 - 14.02 miles - 9:10 min/mi
This sunday is the big 20. It is looking less likely that I will be able to do the marathon under 4 hours. I need to minimize my walking breaks if I want to keep a 9 min/mi pace during the race.

Looks like you are doing great with your runs. Have fun with the 20 mile, and the marathon.
