How are you??? I was thinking about you yesterday..
Was planning on pmin'g you to see how you were doing??? Hope that you are well....
Frozen peas..hmm..that's a thought. I took a nap today..I was supposed to go run around and do some errands for my Kickas trip tomorrow..but...my feet would NOT allow it !!
Every step was torture. I rubbed them, stretched them out..ect. Luckily my mom had taken a nap earlier so she and Grandpa Robert took the girls..and I relaxed my feet for awhile.
Much needed.
I'm afraid it may come to the cortisone shot soon.....I am trying to avoid it as I have had shots in my knee my hips, and ribs. I dont like the needles very much anymore.
BUT if it may help I will have to. I get my insurance in a few more days so I'm gonna call my GP for a referral to a podiatrist. I saw the Footspecialist right across my GP's office the other day. My GP gave me some Ultracet meanwhile. I'm desperate for some relief.
