Buggaroni (LOL)!!!
I have foot pain, but have some padding....but I can totally relate to not being able to get out of the car!!!!! Getting in and out can be a complete mindwarp....holding my breath, jerking, pain shooting up and down, etc......did I mention lifting my butt off the seat?? And people wonder why I don't like to drive in NYC....it's not the city, it's the stiffness!
