I have tried the stretching to and it has not had a great impact. AT work I have a desk where I stand at and a desk to sit at since
I cannot sit for very long without really bad pain in my back. Since I started this a few months ago, my heels have been getting worse but it is the
lesser of two evils. Back pain v Heel pain.

Does your heel pain go into your ankles, or rather since they hurt, do they than cause problems with your ankles?
