LOL Jeanna...Boy did that bring back memories and it sounds exactly what I went through. It's much easier doing it to someone else than is is to your yourself. I found myself grabbing my hand with my other hand and stopping myself. A little time went by and I had to have hubby do it or I just wasn't going to get them done, but OUCH! he hurts. He was hitting the muscle or something just right. I then decided that I had to fight myself a little harder and get like the nike commercial says..."just do it"
It got easier and easier each time.
Anyway....GOOD FOR YOU! Glad you were able to do it and it and I hope helps.
It was a wonderful drug for me and helped so much. I hope you have the same results. I know I don't have to tell you, but I will anyway...
Make sure you have your blood work done on a regular basis. Don't take it for granted if they keep coming out ok and then decide that because they have been ok that you can skip them now and then. That's the mistake I made and while I was skipping those couple tests was when it was eating my liver and I didn't know it until it. Now no more metho and a yucky liver.
I am sure you know better than this though considering your smarts in the medical field, but I still always feel a responsibilty to keep repeating myself.
Take care and best of luck to you,
Lisa
