You sound like me! I reacted VERY FAST to NSD then started to FLARE in my hips BIG TIME! I traced it back to MILK!

And too much sugar.
Try your coffee with the non-dairy creamer. I LOVE the flavored ones and have no problem with them. I gave up coffee for a couple months, but now have one as a treat once a week!

Also try lowering your sugar intake and try to find dark chocolate without milk added. I haven't acquired a taste for dark so I have cut out chocolate. I can't believe I just said that!!
I also found Breyers has a YUMMY icecream that is lactose free. I can have it occasionally. It is their Vanilla Bean flavor and tastes just like the regular one. (That is IF I remember the old flavor correctly

I can have cheese that is aged, cheddar, parmesan, etc. Also can have occasional yogurt.
