Hi everyone,

So after 4 wonderful pain free days, it's back. The NSD worked VERY fast for me, took about a week. But, then 3 days ago pain was back. Not as severe, but nontheless noticeable. I'm thinking maybe it's the icecream. I thought for some reason that was ok. It is the only thing I can think of. Perhaps the high concentration of sugar. Other than that the only thing beside meat, fish, cheese, fruit and veggies and nut (no peanuts or cashews) I've had is chocolate and I thought that was ok too. I've even given up yogurt! ( I do use milk in my coffee) (please don't tell me I have to give up coffee!) Any suggestions?
