Hi again.

I have asthma occasionally but not often enough that I get very concerned about it. My husband does. He has RA and has gotten Methotrexate lung. He has COPD. Add that all together and it is rather serious.

We both take 4000 units of D3. Mine was at a level of "7" when I started treating it. I took 50,000 units once a week until we got it in the normal range. My dr. told me to never quit taking it because most people with autoimmune problems have low D.

Hope you have a good week.
