If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

thanks molly. was good to test it out for when i might need something in the future.
wish i could take codeine, but it makes me comatose, truly. took it once in my early 20s. slept straight through several days while on the drug. stopped taking it before the pain subsided just cause i was bored with sleeping so much. besides, did nothing for the pain, just made me sleep. found out years later that i'm probably low or missing the P450 that processes it to the morphine like compound that works on the pain.
the tramadol wasn't terrible and if i weren't already on so many other drugs and supplements, it probably would have been no biggy. but elevated liver enzymes, zanaflex, and LDN made me nervous to take the tramadol any longer than absolutely necessary. today only really painful when moving around, blood flowing a bit too much. so trying to just be still, as much as possible.
plus sleeping yesterday all afternoon and night and today all afternoon again. one of the best ways to heal. tramadol may have been responsible for that ability. though i didn't feel particularly knocked out, did feel like doing anything more than tv watching, like reading a book would put me out.
ah well. at least trauma heals, unlike chronic disease.
