had a tooth extracted and then bone grafted to make way for an implant.

thus took tramadol yesterday.

a few things i want to pass on from my readings.

apparently if one has liver problems, yet another drug that should be avoided.

apparently if one mixes tramadol and a muscle relaxant (some other drugs as well), one risks having a seizure.

and of course, LDN will block the, or at least some of the, pain killing effects of the tramadol.

yesterday i really needed the tramadol for the pain, so i took it, and didn't take any LDN or zanaflex while it was in my system.

today decided to do without the tramadol, still pain but don't NEED the pain med like i did yesterday. and want to get back to the LDN and zanaflex. the LDN should help my body deal with the inflammation from the tooth extraction and bone graft better. and kinda need the zanaflex for multiple reasons.

but wanted to pass on to others the potential things to be aware of if anyone wants to take tramadol.

if there is anything else i should be aware of concerning tramadol, please let me know.

i did ask the pharmacist about the tramadol and my elevated liver enzymes.
also asked him about the tramadol and compatibility with all my other meds and supplements.
but he couldn't really answer my questions.

so i did some googling. then erred on the side of caution giving up the LDN and zanaflex yesterday.

also was reading that tramadol, like the narcotics can be a problem to come off of (if taken for an extended period of time). i was only given 2.5 days worth of pills. opted to take only 1 day's worth. not for this reason, but for all the ones above.
