Tramadol is a pretty good pain med, but one does need to be careful with it. Makes me itch like crazy, and feel really 'drugged' up even with one tablet. Don't take at all now - and haven't for a number of years. Paracetamol/codeine mix is good. Works without horrible side effects, though again, I don't hardly ever take.
