Hey Megan, unfortunately starch blocker pills are no good. They stop you digesting the starch and just plonk it all in your lower intestine where it can ferment and feed the klebs - doh! No good.

I find Jon's NSD is actually quite high in carbs. NSD is not a low carb diet in my opinion as you are only cutting out starchy carbs not all carbs like the Aitkens Diet. Totally different scenario as you know.

So sweet fruit and vegies and plenty of dried fruit will help as will things like chocolate and baking more with coconut flour. Sounds like this is what you already do. From what you've posted your diet doesn't sound like a low carb diet to me. But maybe as you say you will just have to be more conscious of being sure to add simple carbs with each meal.
