Thanks again for your words!

I love my job, I am an administrator and so much more!! We work with vulnerable adults, providing support and help, and it is a real eye opener to what some of these people have to cope with. I have learnt so much from my job about mental illness, autisim, disabilities, etc.

If I could afford to work part time that would probably work, but can't afford to take the pay cut

Seeing my occupational health dr next week, so see what he says.
