i agree with the nut oils, EVOO, fish oils, the monosaturated oils as the good fats.
and i agree that the trans fats / artificially made fats are really bad.
but i guess trudi and i differ in what we think of butter and lard.
i've decided to stay away from them because i read mixed reviews.
everyone seems to think the monosaturated are healthy, so that's what i've been doing.
but everything really is better with butter and bacon, so what can you do
