I feel so inadequate..because I just don't know what to say...you have been in so much pain for so long...and I feel so helpless....
....I am really proud of you for making this post...I know it was not easy and I know it is hard for you to reach out....but look at all the wonderful support that has come your way....I hope that just this step alone has helped you to find some release and give you strength to face another day...
