Hi there Reen

that's wonderful to hear about your progress and spirit
If your body works anything like mine, then you will find that giving up starches is a very small price for the health benefits you get from it. One experience when I went NSD was that when eating a little starch on LSD, then I had cravings for more starch, but when I completely removed all starches, these cravings went away (possible having something to do with insulin stabilisation). After 1 year on NSD I don't have any problems at all to stay away from starches, in fact I don't consider NSD as some special "diet" but rather the way of eating meant for me.
When you have done NSD for a week or two, you may experience like I did that it does not work as well any more. Then you may have reach the next level of sensitivity, and may need to look over your diet more in detail to see what is bad for you. I passed a couple of these "sensitivity levels" on my way to NSD.
All the best
Andreas
