Thanks for the post. Lucky for me (I guess) NSAIDS never did much good, so maybe a couple of beers and some herb was a better choice for my gut. Butter and cream are the only dairy so far. I can actually do without milk and cheese as they never agreed with me anyway. It's interesting, since giving up the starches I actually have less gastrointestinal discomfort. Maybe I'll have just one beer this weekend and see how I react to that. Don't want to push it though.
