You're right about the Celebrex, I know. He knows too. But you know how it is. One doesn't touch it, so it's two off the bat. His rheumy made his current prescription out for one a day, with which I agree due to the heart issues. But I can't argue with him on it because he wants the pain gone and I understand that. It's a nasty Catch-22 situation.
It was great after the last cortisone shot, as he was complete pain free for two whole weeks. Now, it's back. Hopefully, he will be able to find his wrist brace and that will help. It's helped before.
