I don't see any mention of fatty fish - even if you cannot get fresh fish you should be trying things like tinned sardines, tuna, salmon, mackrel and maybe you can get 'rollmop' herrings etc. The fat in fatty fish is rich in the omega 3 fatty acids which are important for us.
