Yes, we do miss Dragonslayer.

This has been a very interesting post! I would like to add a few thoughts to Windrider's comments on coconut oil. Yes, it may be very fattening so to speak, but I have been using coconut milk and coconut cream (Tropical Traditions) fairly consistently for six/seven months now and still lost weight. It is extremely good for you. Might want to check out Tropical Traditions website or Sally Fallon's book Eat Fat, Lose Fat.
Also of interest to me was the comment about soymilk. I didn't know soymilk of any kind was okay for us. I have been yearning for a milk substitute. I just found out I have a moderate allergic response to milk and yogurt (had an allergy test done). The only dairy I have been having lately is a little plain yogurt on occasion. I really have been missing grains lately. I want a bowl of cereal so bad. So I am excited to think I could use the plain SoyDream. Any good ideas for a substitute for cereal out there?
Thanks guys!
Oh, by the way Jeff, I am only about 4 hours away from you. My family lives in Westminster and I go to a rheumy at 80th and Sheridan.
